Should I just fill out the paperwork from the apartment verification form and just be honest and put down $525 per month and be able to sleep at night?

What happened was the current tenant brought it in the house because it was raining that night and forgot to put it back out.

I really wanted to get out of the renting side of real estate and dive into something that I knew my money was paying off something of my own.

As long as the bones are sound and you aren't dealing with leaning, major sagging or other structural issues, then why not dive in?
