I could see this being useful in a BRRRR scenario, but in that case you could be looking at a much longer term loan than 30-60 days, especially given supply chain issues and the uncertainty of the person being able to qualify for the cash out loan as rates continue to climb.

Right now my goals are to learn as much as I can and become familiar with the industry so I can find/make informed and confident deals/decisions.Wholesaling interests me, especially as a start, but eventually i'd like to establish a portfolio of rentals for monthly cash flow and accumulating assets.All that to say...I'm excited to connect with others in my area that share interests in real estate!

New builds are fine, but in my opinion you're just buying something with all the priced in factors and it doesn't mean they won't have issues.
