Nice work, im also a newbie and its great to hear from someone who is in the same boat (not rich, works a demanding fulltime job, doesnt necessarily have boatloads of disposable income to drain into marketing).

The carpet was stained like someone walked around spilling who knows what and never bothered to wash it up, very dirty dirty walls, black water in the toilet, screens busted out of the screen doors, the fridge was new but you about died when you opened it from the smell of rotting food...you get the picture.

However during the recession, I struggled, not only to make ends meet but to keep food on the table and keep from losing everything I owned.
