Some of these are urbanizing and offer a lot of opportunities, others seem to be getting a lot of the urban problems with fewer of the benefits as urban cores gentrify.Having said this, things will depend on local factors as much as national trends.

Unless the association can prove that he's violent or a danger to other residents, they probably can't force you to kick him out just because he's a little weird.

Personally, I love bigger deals in properties from $250-500K... more available inventory, fewer moving parts, fewer interruptions, bigger paydays... but it requires a solid process, the right team, decent capital and patience.

I definitely believe there are far fewer rentals available today.I have houses in several smaller towns here in Illinois and I watch all of them quite a bit in terms of where they're priced and how many there are.
