I know that I can't use non-FCRA compliant sources to make a tenant screening decision,  but can you use these websites/databases as part of your screening process to see what you can find about your applicants to see if you need to dig in any deeper?

@Taye Nguyen,typically if you have 401k at a company that you are still working for you will not be able to rollover those funds until you are either leave that company or reach a retirement age.You may check with your 401k plan administrator if they allow in-service distribution, which is not common but worth checking.

The issue is zoning violation and the city recorded a notice of pending administrative action on the property clouding the title.
