So the only association of your local LLC is this anonymous holding LLC.So, if I understood you correctly, then (I am from Arizona, so lets call local LLC: " Mary J's local Arizona LLC"), so "MaryJ's local Arizona LLC" will have  a "Mary J's Wyoming LLC" as a single member/statutory agent/manager ...
