I am a beginner, but yet I've been a landlord for about 11 years.

Hello, I'm new to wholesaling real estate and I see it as a great opportunity to learn a new skill and to make profits also, can anyone if you would like to, send me any tips/information for a beginner as well as any advice on how and where to get investors.

I mean,  those nice people.The way you do it is just going to Zillow, look at the properties recently sold (that yellow ball) make sure the properties are as close in location and characteristics as your subject property and you just pick 3 to 7 similar properties and you take the average of the numbers, or you calculate the cost/square foot which ever fits the situation better and you get that number.NOW... this "solid" analytical method, I did when I was more of a beginner.

I think if you are willing to look up to 1-2 hours away, you still have plenty of options, even investing in properties here in New Jersey - it can be really difficult for beginner investors to invest in real estate out of state.If you want to talk more, feel free to reach out and we can have a more in depth conversation about your goals. 

Simply follow the advice above from Jerryll and then vet them as many will be daisy chains, beginners, etc so you need to weed them out.
