However, MFHs aren't too common in the Las Vegas area -- the one's that are here are typically in D areas which isn't a deal breaker but I like the idea of BRRRing B or C SFHs.

and well Geez the city grew out to me and right across the street is the largest Indian Gaming Casino in CA... called Graton.... and my property came into the city after 26 years zoned mixed use resi... and I have of course listed it for 3 million... no takers yet.. but who cares what I make... as long as I disclosed up front paid cash... the city limits are one lot away and lots on the other side are still non buildable and value is not much.. ( won't perc)
