(13-12-125)...but sometimes I see also a yellow sticker on the building. the building does not have a red cross on it. is the yellow sticker indicative of some major damage such as flood, extensive fire damage or structural damage ?

Good landlords screen tenants and previous eviction is #1 red flag they look for. 

What are some things to look out for/red flags that they are making it seem easier than it actually is.

Anyone that wants to rent within two weeks is a HUGE red flag.

ROE, cash on cash etc rocks.

Hi BP!  I found several REO properties I the same area with several in pre foreclosure.   Is this warning sign to stay out of the area?
