Have you used or have any experience with the Texas Manufactured Housing Association forms?

When it comes to financing both the construction and land purchase (the tiny homes are manufactured in a Chicago warehouse, but will be permanently affixed to the land as a stick-built), what have your best experiences been to get that done? 

In many cases companies and ideas start in places like CA and other states can only hope to get some of the manufacturing or back office down the road, because they can't hope to start companies on the same level, because they don't have the culture and concentration of research universities.

I collaborate with local green building manufacturers and contractors to implemented sustainable building practices in development projects. 

It would be interesting to know... light manufacturing may work but the problem is there is no rail... or at least I dont' think there is. the railroad that used to run up the Middlefork of the Eel has been shut down for years.. to many tunnels and landslides to keep it operational.

The heavy manufacturing is gone long ago.

or other manufacturer you will have to come up with the difference or get a signature loan or something to cover the thousands ($3k maybe?) 

Larry Elison just joined the board and took a position with the purchase of 3 million shares. this is forcing all the other manufacturers Like you see Volvo Porsche MB  BMW and US brands to finally come to grips that they better play or they will be left in the dust..
