I ran into problem tenants, appraisal issues, incomplete work by sellers, incorrect insurance, bottlenecks everywhere ... this issue at closing was like the straw that broke the camel's back. 

If so, the appraisal may be incorrect, and there may be no resale contract, but you still have a property you can take through foreclosure.

As I said at the beginning of my post, there was a bunch of bad information (much of it blatantly incorrect) in the previous several posts, and I commented on parts of several posts.I have now gone back and looked at the parts that were attributable to you and it is crystal clear that you don't understand operating expenses.

Another issues is saying you made money on a good deal, while you can get good deals, no one can say they bought a property at $20k under the market value and thereby made $20K, that's guru accounting, and I don't think I saw that in that article, but is an incorrect assumption often made.

Saying that this is free is simply incorrect.

She never gave explanations for her BS tips when I questioned her on things I thought were incorrect and she got very defensive (god forbid I have a brain and didn’t take everything she said as gospel)….Also, this was one of the properties I looked at when I began searching and after getting a feel for about 20 other option I’m leaning this way again.

I looked at the map incorrectly and my $1 million comment is absolutely incorrect and very far from the truth.

(I'm also doing some other searches behind the scenes, just in case a seller has listed something incorrectly, or a search the listings of sellers that I know commonly overprices listings.)
