It’s a 3 bed to bathroom house in a top notch school district.

Each market will be different.In my market (private school, mom + dad pay rent, high cost of living), students were remote, but still lived at off campus housing.

@Rajesh Mittal - it is definitely easier to start this at 23-24 when you do not have a family or tied to any school system/location with no family to worry about.

When/if you PCS buy a single family home with 3bd 2ba in a good school zone, house hack with some military folk (good tenants because we have to pay) and get the snowball rolling.I hope that helps out a bit.
