I'm starting to see professional managers around the country get scammed by people setting up a showing, entering the home, changing the locks, and setting up shop.

@Chantelle ChristmasHard to say Chantelle but you're not really helping yourself by providing a lot of the details that would help someone weigh in with an opinion/perspective.There are people that would do well in real estate at your age, yes, and there are also people that are not prepared to enter and should ultimately not get into it, at least until they have experiences that allow them to be more prepared.What's your plan?

I just found out that two people from my high school graduating class are both entering REI - one renovating a property to rent out, and one doing their first flip.

My question is with the calculators i have been using them to run numbers but i want to make sure i am entering in the correct numbers and making sure i am analyzing deals correctly.
