this ship sailed in Orlando on the financial side.2. works well in Urban core transitional area where owner occs left because of neighborhood conditions crime etc. those are usually motivated sellers that are under served by the RE community..

In fact I cant find a deal like that anywhere where you don't have to buy a bazillion of them at once, and even then .03 cents is about the best I can find, which does not include the shipping.  

They harvest, and separate the good from the bad.Then come the investors/rehabbers, the "processing plant" where the "wheat" is turned into "bread" (ugly houses are rehabbed).Then the processing plant ships the bread to the grocery store (rehabbers seller's agent) who them markets the bread to the consumer.Sure you could farm yourself, process yourself, and market yourself.

I scheduled something to ship 9/17 and it just hit mail boxes today.
