Hey guys,Every time I listen/read someone's real estate strategy, I see that every deal start with cold calls, letters, etc.How often can you/I find a good property through websites like Hotpads, Zillow, Realtor and Trulia?

To my understanding I'm going to have to go through The Secretary of State website.

Any books websites YouTube or if anyone here has done it before provide some guidance we can use all the help we can

I have looked at citydata.com, worldpopulation.com and the US census data website (which shows data gathered in 2010).

I am very interested in investing in REITs or in online crowd-funding projects to have as a good source of cash-flows, yet I cant seem to find an online broker or crowd-funding website that allows international citizens and international banks.

I am not a long-distance LL, so you should make sure I'm not talking out my butt by getting the opinions of long-distance LLs on this website and after you do some reading into the subject.
