This is an interesting case tactically...The house is scheduled to be sold in six months and demolished thereafter on an uncertain time frame, perhaps almost immediately or maybe six months later (during which I have the right to benefit from any ongoing rental proceeds).

With your father's death, you have a lot on your plate (probate, etc.) and though it's already been a few months, it seems that you are uncertain whether you'd like to be a landlord across the country (and manage a PM once you've shopped around and find one that you like and deem competent) versus selling the property (and taking that emotional burden off your shoulders in a way).

Because you can't force kids (especially kids just trying to survive violence, bullying and gangs) to have a learn for learning.What matters more is providing "experience" opportunities to open their mind to a love for learning.7) I could not get into Harvard or Brown because I had a 400 on my English SAT score and that was an unusual disparity between the 800 on my math SAT.
