Honestly I would call them to an address that I now they will have to pass those signs.

I told him the address, then proceeded to the house with gas for the chainsaw. 

He said he didn't even know he still owned that property, I had to repeat the address like 5 times and describe it before he remembered.

Don't ignore the trust and bond factor, but understand that it may not be a total equal split and all you have to do to break it out is pay the guy what you would have had to pay a third party to do the same thing.

You get better rates the more you insure with them, offer coverage for multiple LLC’s or business entities and trusts, and even do named storm if you want it.

Then, after I agree to all of this, she discloses to me that the wholesaler is her husband.I feel like this information should have been disclosed to me up front as this looks to me like a conflict of interest and I lost my trust in this agent.
