Hello,I am a current student at Ball State University in Muncie, IN.

I paid for coaching to help teach me how to run a property management business I interviewed 3 major players in the multi-family coaching space and interviewed their students.

The population has been growing here year over year over the last decade, it is home to The Ohio State University which has over 50,000 students that live here along with those that visit, and it also holds a diverse range of young professionals and traveling nurses to fill the demand of the multiple business corporations and hospitals stationed here.

We actually carry an immersion water heater with us in our travels, like students at a hostel, AND have had to use it multiple times to boil water for coffee, tea, and ramen soup in some places, some of which looked oh so nice in their listings.Luxury hotels INVARIABLY overpromise and underdeliver.
