Excellent turnaround time, the leases were beautiful (legally speaking), and outside of some issues with finding specific contractors, they've been great.

So, the first question they usually ask a PMC is about fees - instead of asking about services and HOW those services are executed.EXAMPLE: PMC states they will handle tenant screening – what does that specifically mean?

Are there ones like that specifically rated for stoves?

That would make all three much more valuable if the rest of the street is ok.This is my basic philosophy for specific house buying.  

@Petronella Kerssens I agree with all things stated above, although Orlando is tighter on short term rentals (Orange County specifically).

Consult with local agents to learn about market trends, specific neighborhoods, and recent sale prices of comparable houses.
