Explain that it is normal business procedure and nothing to be concerned about provided he pays all past due rent and late fees by the 15th.If he does not pay you proceed to evict, get your ruling and if necessary then file to small claims court to collect any money owed.Alternately you simply ask him to leave or non renew the lease if on M2M.
