Install cameras and send footage to the police.

I work in Paterson as a police officer and there is definitely parts you do not want to invest in, however,  the entry point is low & few good parts.

The police have actually been pretty good in patrolling the area as well.

Detroit is a great area for cash deals and be on the look out for new polices for Vet owner occupant.

Some of those police blotters mention people putting signs in yards and holding themselves out as representing property owners - wholesalers really aren't doing that - they are flipping a contract for a fee.

My brother was on the police department there and my uncle still is.

I figured no way this will go he will pay off first no one is that clueless.Friday morning rolls around sale is still scheduled run over and get my checks... ( need cash at our sales I think in texas too)... out bid some of the regulars since they did not realize the house had just been totally rehabbed.that was one shocked dude when my people showed up to change the locks.. we had to call police. knowledge and full knowledge is key in this business..

As of 2:23am 7/8/16 4 Dallas Police Officers have been killed in the Line of Duty, 3 more injured, 1 DART Police Officer has been killed in the Line of Duty and 3 more injured.

Now you have police powers of government, the government (federal, state and local) have powers to restrict the owner's use of that property.
