I just helped a gentleman purchase a property in Mt Pleasant that he intends to STR.

I'm a little shocked because I wrapped a few other things into the loan that are related that need fixed on the property thinking that I would get 30% back on those as well...I'm a little frustrated and wonder where I went wrong, if I did.

Is Mount Pleasant str friendly?

They are frauds in that regard.And to be honest, I am kind of shocked at some of the questionable types advertising on here.

If you dispute, you will likely have to pay to have an appraisal done and you may be shocked at how much your property value has increased.

I was shocked that there’s about $5000 in closing fees, appraisal fee and loan generation for this.

I was pleasantly surprised when I found that I didn't have to wait to get my cash back.

Otherwise your plan may be deemed disqualified and the results of that are not pleasant. 

I would be shocked (at least in Ohio) if many homes have carbon monoxide detectors#9-11 are on things that the seller has to disclose on our state property disclosures. 

Some of the home builders make beautiful roofs when first being built but 20 years later when the home owner needs to replace the roof the price is shocking because they are not getting the same discount a builder is who is doing an entire sub division.
