Ive heard both from numerous different people but would like an opinion from someone more experienced, thanks!

Primarily due to people relocating here.

You will be able to rub shoulders with like minded people and find mentors local to you that will be willing to help you out.  

From my own experience, I know that letting personal biases or bad feelings about the seller or property affect my decision-making can cause me to miss out on chances.My first mistake was being too set in my ways and not being able to think outside the box.

Watch the cameras on check in day and count people coming in?
