Luxury Yacht says bring me a deal and we can talk about it....he most likely means a piece of the deal...in return for being a finder and for your efforts ongoing during the deal and ownership.

You typically can’t use it as an ongoing excuse... what I’ve seen is that the BK court will dismiss the filing and say that the bankruptcy can’t be refiled for 2 years when it is abused like that.
