I like to conduct business a certain way and if someone wants to possibly be my client but it goes against my relationship and business criteria then it's a no go.To be happy I stay true to who I am and how I want to conduct business and I do not waiver from that.

That's a pretty small loan for a bank, perhaps not impossible but would definitely be best if you had an existing relationship with a bank already that would do this to mostly maintain the relationship.

I strongly feel building at cost and selling maximizes profit on a any angle .my financing source is through hard money and I'm pretty happy with my terms but know I fell I need to network and possibly partner up with investors in the same Intrest field .I would like to network and build relationships to better assist me in this venture .
