The project list includes replacing the kitchen counter-top, repaint kitchen cabinets and a bathroom refresh (i.e. replace the vanity, mirror, lighting, clean grout on wall tiles and new epoxy coating of the existing tub).

Hi All,I recently put an offer on a home in the Greater Boston area and found out that there's work done in the basement which did not have a permit (in law with bathroom and kitchen). 

I'm looking for any recommendations on an experienced carpenter to install kitchen and bath cabinets, install interior doors, and trim molding.

Could you share what your $15k will be going to (i.e floors, kitchen, termites, paint, etc) and the breakdown of costs for each?

Many of the investors over there who are successful live here in Memphis and they are hands-on, active investors.I also noticed that in the listing it states the the AC, plumbing, kitchen, attic, exterior and bathrooms all need repairs.  

All that was left was to finish the spaces with trim, flooring, kitchens and baths.
