I highly recommend attending real estate networking events to meet more people is this space and pick their brain and learn more from their projects and see what is working and what is not.

Cover the boat and/or put a "NOT FOR SALE" sign on it and go about your day.

It's a great market to grow your investment portfolio afterwards if you choose to do so.I personally make well over $100k/yr cash flow from 21 properties here.

I'll post updates here in case anyone wants to follow along.We syndicated in the states to fundraise enough for architectural renders, entitlement, legal, and to pay off the land. 1/4 of total funds required have been deposited in our bank account.Convinced a world-class architect to do luxury design for us.

For example we are lenders and buy notes and we use madison management out of nevada.

We did exactly this and are now on our 10th MTR.  

We did floors, and multiple interior repairs ourselves while living there.
