@Dan Sieg Not to be to Harsh but its this type of activity that really gives the industry a black eye.. you have someone ( you) with no means to close running around trying to tie up properties with the hope of finding a buyer.. you insinuate one thing but can't back it up.

I've seen situations where they skim the cream properties for themselves and then try to wholesale the properties that are inferior and that they don't want to fix themselves, either because there is a potential low return or the property needs tons of costly repairs, or are in a bad neighborhood.

When I first got my head around the idea of REI my eyes turned to dollar signs and I was overwhelmingly positive.
