I hope those 2 tenants are not of a certain race/religion/national origin/age etc while you have other tenants that are not.

Believe it or not, school districts MAY only be important to someone with school age children. 

Just reread this, didnt quite get it the first time I read it.It would be unlikely that someone would use whiteout to do this in this day and age.

The issue is that the community it is located in does not allow persons under the age of 18 to live in the property which obviously alienates the family tenets that I prefer to rent to.

Think about the average American and structures they live in as they age, generally...dorm or large apartment (college) --> fourplex or duplex (first job/20s-30s) --> town home (30s) --> single family home (30s/40s) The ideal most attractive housing for most people is the single family home.  

Most of these people were middle aged to older white folks so I assumed they had done hundreds of deals in their lifetimes.

Professional inspection and walkthrough show about $15000 in repairs and replacement.The bank had their round table today and killed the deal due to age of the building and no off street parking.

At one time there was a "golden age" of Facebook ads, but it has since passed (in my opinion. some people may disagree).In order to get someone to convert, everything has to be on point.
