Most of what I posted is from the book referenced by the OP, except for the portfolio statement.Because the OP was given only one total tax number from his CPA, my thought was, from his “portfolio” of 8 properties, to roll-up the individual ‘Cash flow before taxes’ into one number and subtract the ($3,000) total tax bill to get his net income.

It looks like there are a few lenders that will lend a HELOC on a single family investment property, which previously I thought was not possible.

Anyhow, no real research, just thoughts.

My thought was to block Saturday check-in/check out up until a few days before that date, allowing me to capitalize on bookings that may include the Saturday.
