Like if there are any precedents to cancel contracts of purchase price is low, or something.One thing I forgot to mention, which is somewhat worrying, is that we didn’t catch it until after submitting the contract that the executor is listed as the seller in the contract, not the deceased.

lots can happen .. cheap E O reports don't catch everything that's for certain.. but when your buying like we were if we lost  on a deal was not the end of the world.. some investors that would be devastating..
