When everyone who has HGTV and a real estate agents license thinks they’re an expert there is just too much white noise you have to block out, everyone is asking for money and promising good returns.

Normally this happens "automatically" when they are mounted in the window, but it's a good thing to check every couple of years, so they don't start dripping inside the house.If the unit ends up dripping somewhere you don't want it to, some units have a place you can connect a drain pipe/hose and move the drip over a few feet. 

(5) Driveway/Walkway- The driveway is in great shape, Belgium block sides and brick apron.

We are currently priced below (approx $55) the luxury apartments just down the block.  

The area is very interesting and it can change drastically from block to block.
