I doubt it.I've also went completely electronic with DocuSign Leases and rental applications.I think once you set up everything Automatically, expanding is a piece of cake!

Taking a brief look at the website of FlashCMA (I'm sure the others are similar), one line specifically says this:  "FlashCMA performs a series of common sense mathematical adjustments automatically and then allows you as a Real Estate Professional to make any other remaining adjustments."

I have a rental right now that it’s sitting empty simply because people do not meet my criteria and I had a couple people that did that with no-shows those people are automatically declined if they were no-shows believe me there’s always something you can find to the client somebody that is perfectly legal and there’s nothing they can do about it it’s all a matter of how badly you as a landlord want to enforce it At this point what you want to do is have a written acceptance policy that you feel comfortable with.
