I know its hot right now but I'm concerned it's becoming oversaturated/the market is about to crash.

If the area is stagnant, it probably is not worth it.There is always the concern of non-use. 

Is your LLC address in the US?

EVCC is taking off but the area as a whole seems to be behind as far as prices/rents are concerned.
