Hi Dominique, i really just started by watching a ton of YouTube vidoes about wholesaling, just to get familier with the process, also i joined different wholesale/ investor groups on FB, and also alot of youtubers that are great to watch is Jerry Norton-The Flipping Mastery , Ryan  Pindeda, Max Maxwell are a few people  I found was very helpful with the content. 

Once you have those two numbers, subtract, and 1/4 of the difference (25%) added to the lowest price is your conservative ARV. 1/2 (50%) of the difference added to the lower number is your aspirational ARV.Real estate is very regional, but I suggest you go on YouTube and take a look at some of the videos that @James Wise of Holton-Wise in Cleveland has put up on "Running the Numbers" and "MLS Search & Analysis." 

BP calculator is a great tool and there's youtube tutorials for it

You can substitute "units" for "houses" and scale beautifully into multi-family and let experience lead your way.If you are currently investing in RE, study up on the MF asset class (Ken McIlroy's youtube channel and any book he's written is golden for this) and try to put yourself into a position of direct ownership.

Spending a lot of time reading books, following YouTube, listening to podcasts as well (what sources do you recommend for a beginner to the US market).
