We would be able to put our capital together and invest as partners, although we are still trying to gain as much knowledge as humanly possible before our first REI.

We are thinking about an LLC, but didn't know how that played into loans.  

For personal/professional reasons, we would prefer the public didn't know what specific stock we are investing in.Having said that, is it permissible/legal for my wife and I to create an LLC for the sole purpose of keeping our names private? 

We are only 3 weeks into that lease!

This being our first rental, we are unsure of wether to let her leave and hand the keys back by the end of the month to avoid the time, money, resources, stress and take the loss or to go after her.

Hi everyone,We are a total newbies to mobile home parks, and desperately need an advice.We are looking at buying small park in north part of Florida, with 11 sites (2 tenant owned, 9 park owned), well and septics.

After doing some reading and our previous experiences, we are debating if a Move-In fee would be a better option than a Security deposit.

We are looking to finance the deal with as little debt as possible. 

We are currently looking at house hacking potentials and single family homes to occupy for at least one year and put renters in.
