Because China wants to maintain if not continue the mercantilist principle of economics - more export more for the better on all other nations that she has close economic ties with.

I would think, though I'm not in their shoes, that a flipper would be just as happy if i brought them an MLS deal as if it was not from the MLS as long as there is a significant discount over the list price and there is a reasonable amount of profit to be made.

You ever see a railroad tie?

If the numbers are strong enough then it may be worth the hassle, but if you are using cash to purchase something you will have to dump the remaining cash in it may be time to cut the ties.

The second largest employer is the hospital system as Fort Drum does not have a hospital or school system on post (which makes it somewhat unique) and is closely tied into the entire region.

Beware: I am a newbie so what I might do here could also be a bad mistake but here are my thoughts...If I were in your shoes then I'd be thinking about some variables.  

Both of us had a holiday killing a day, so you could "in theory" say it was 15 days, but we still say 16 because excuses are lame.I was and am quite proud to be tied with her.

Note: it's a very safe investment as it's not tied to the market hence not subject to market fluctuations.
