I think technology makes it easier but anyway, I would suggest the Columbus market.

Why buy old technology when tankless is clearly the future.

@Josh Deeden Many technology companies are moving to Texas, it's a great place to be.

Since people in this age group did not grow up with all this technology, it's like a foreign language to them.

Now I work for a company outside of Charlotte, NC that has some pretty cool real estate technology that we have made available to the general public.

Some IRA providers have better online technology to make these requests easier than others.
