I recently obtained my PE (Professional Engineering) license and I was wondering if there are any PE's out there who were able to leverage their license for real estate investing.I would love to hear any thoughts on this.

Drainage, can the lot be sloped to drain all one direction, or do i need actual pipe drainage. what is the cheapest option that could hold up to having RV's, farm equipment, and dump trucks driving over it.6.

Im going to have to spend about 500-1000 to get some french drains and catch basins.  

Even the ones that have the most professional set up can still have issues.

@Brenda WilliamsonNot necessarily...If the partnership is throwing off UTBI it's possible the IRA may need to file a 990-T and pay unrelated business income tax.Good question for your tax professional.

The professionalism here in Bigger Pockets has sure gotten my Attention!!!

If the current local property manager charges the same I would get a comparable quote from a professional property management company, to negotiate the price after you have purchased the MHP.

I would like to make the most use of my time in knowing the market and networking with real estate friendly professionals.
