This both causes starvation in already struggling communities and limits foreign aid from coming in either with supplies or medical professionals (because sadly, far too many doctors and nurses in these three countries have either died trying to treat a disease they're ill-prepared for or just flat-out refuse to go to work knowing that chances are they will meet the same fates of their colleagues).

I'm also not an 'expert' on this REI stuff, by any means... but 'market cycles' are 'predictable' in the sense that the same people control them and pray off of the 99.9% like clockwork... and as many an 'insider' have said, in effect: "Watch what the herd is doing... and be prepared, then do the OPPOSITE."

Of course if you find a lender that will give you this much money, it will not be cheap so be prepared for higher points and interest rates.Once you get a couple of deals under your belt and have more confidence and the experience to back it up, you might be able to raise some private money from friends and family.

You will still need as they told you, apparently 2 exits from the attic and they have to be a certain number of feet apart whatever that is for that place, but you already know that I'm sure if it's a city inspector.Yes be prepared for the inspections, especially after the next big buy, most of the inspectors I have dealt with or nearly all of them at least decent and some are even nice, but just keep that in mind about not like you have to kiss the ring or anything like that, but just being from somewhere else, but especially Chicago you never know what someone somewhere in that huge department might very well have a chip on his shoulder about landlords!
