They are placed on low stemwalls and are viewed as stick-built homes (not a vehicle like a manufactured or mobile home).Either way you go, the land development is what is going to slow you down and cost the most!

Whirlpool and Kitchenaid are made by the same manufacturer, with the former marketed to the lower market segment and the later targeted to the higher end.

BMW has a manufacturing plant in the process of adding a 1 billion dollar facility to their current one, GE has a large plant, and several national chains have their headquarters there.  

The farm includes one SFH and some manufactured homes.  

From my little experience at this point all I can say is the trailer manufacturers make the trailers to break.

There are boutique manufacturers of linoleum and some of the big players Armstrong/Shaw/Forbo all have lines of linoleum ...
