If they reimbursed rent from when you started the application that would be a huge improvement or if they could approve existing landlords that have proven themselves and catch up the paperwork and inspections after the tenant has signed the lease.I have 2 existing section 8 properties and I like the program.

Alabama has somewhat unique laws with tax deeds.Denise Evans knows this stuff cold, I can’t tag her....I believe she does have some you tube stuff on this, should be easy to find, or do a colleague request to her....she is Very helpful to newbies at this.

There's some cranks who say a flat property tax , just on area not improvements, would be the best thing to insure the most productive use of land.
