It should be the selling point, plus you and them are doing something good for our future generation :)  Keep them!

Park is getting killed in utilities - $65k water, $30k trash/sewer and $45k electric from primarily from the RV rentals which generate $60-$80k of the gross revenue (seller financials are terrible and misclassified).

I am very motivated to buy my first property and eventually start generating some cash flow. 

On top of that, I was paying for CRMs, websites, E&O, lead generation, marketing, etc.Lots of extra money going out + my own diminished production + non-performing agents = me being exhausted, discouraged and broke.  

When leases are up later this year, we will raise them to market value to help generate greater cash flow.
