I'm not arguing that Americans are among the most accepting people of the world.

You may not have that much money, but you have a lot of time, which one could argue is a more valuable resource.

I just read a post in Forbes written by John Wake that argues for removing tax breaks for landlords.

Converting the garage into another bedroom meant that I could sleep 2-4 more people in my homes, which equated to being able to charge a higher nightly rate.On a long term rental I'd argue that having a garage is better than having an additional bedroom.

One could argue that it was in poor taste, but remember this is business, not friendship or romance.

This debate is like arguing over how many angels can dance on the head of a pin.  

Some may argue you can combine #1 and #2.   

I would argue that not being able to store my sons only source of food, and with the current formula shortage we aren’t able to pick up any formula.  

Also, I doubt that you would succeed claiming that the value of your notes was $0, just like their bogus notes without any qualifications and with an almost 100% default rate.Now, can you succeed arguing that you're eligible for a discount on your notes?
