This hasn't deterred us from renting to military, we want to acquire more properties in the area and provide great homes for our service men and women to live in while they serve in San Antonio.

I'm old enuff to remember when most people worked, less entitlements and MOST women actually stopped having kids if unmarried.

I have had women appraise for me 2 times out of... maybe 30 deals.

Every women loved the home, every husband stated "I need a garage" and the car port was not going to cut it.

It is important to me to self manage the houses and the areas that a white, red head,women with no foreign skills other than english and german are hard to find multi-plex.

While it may be profitable- I would be careful for women of the night to rent them out, unless you would be ok with that (note not correlating truckers to women of the night but if you have something right off highway it probably be a good use for them)

I am on the left side of there home, the women (Caucasian also about 70) on the right came to me and the neighbor across the street asking us to join her in her noise complaint.

That is the poor man or women way of thinking.
