For faucets just basic wide spread for the bathroom , and a nice pull down for kitchen

I think with any investment there is some risk but you do have your funds dispersed across a lot of different properties so I think the risk is lower unless there is a widespread market downturn. 

I plan to avoid investing in any areas where that's a law unless I find out it's so widespread, it's unavoidable.
