.: What is the average conversion rate for cold calling using software like PropStream, specifically targeting probate, foreclosure, or tax delinquency leads?

So far, we have shortlisted Columbus, Orlando, Indiana, Vegas and Rochester.we live in Toronto and we really would like to connect with people like us who already started their journey to know about their experiences and insights of investing in the US!

They have always returned principal when requested in the past, as well. 

I've been working in software consulting services for over 15 years and it's kind of disheartening that I haven't been able to figure it out, but I've got other things to worry about (like how to get a few more properties so i don't have to worry about buggie tech crap anymore :) ).

This is after covering all expenses and setting aside a certain amount for reserves to cover future expenses like capex or vacancy. 

@Jenna Kelley I just commented on another post about this as well, but if you are having foundational issues, do not call a contractor I would highly recommend calling a structural engineer as they are going to tell you exactly what needs to be done.

Otherwise, that rental cycle you started with will likely repeat itself again...

But, like you say, that ship has sailed.
