Teaching is a demanding job but you’ve got that glorious time off in the summer that you can put to good use, and evenings/ weekends if you really want to hustle.

Depending how much you earn you can step up those savings by getting a side-hustle in any part of real estate....working for a top Real Estate office on weeknights and weekends, working for an RE Investor, working for a General Contractor and learning a few skills, etc.

"Get rich FAST using this one simple trick" Imagine trying to sell a course: "Build wealth very slowly, it will be painful most of the time, you will have to give up your weekends sometimes, you'll miss out on time with friends and family during this process" I was in this position last year when I had a first time investor buyer reach out and told me the offer he wanted to put in.

My goal for this weekend is to scout out that area.

It started with just weekends but now we are getting weekly bookings from executives in town for work booked by their company.  

Glue, nail, and sealer, and hardware from amazon or eBay. 2 weekends, and less than $500 you got a custom kitchen.

Lots of staying home for a weekend while my buddies went camping or to a BBQ.

I am going to start reaching out to other investors with short term rentals this weekend. 

I will be out of town this weekend though.
