Not sure of your area, but I would definitely get a quote from a broker/agent to verify.

Other than that all the underwriter needs to verify is your income, assets, and liabilities to make sure you can pay for your mortgage and low risk of defaulting.

Do you verify their income?

What if for a fraction of your revenue you would be able to guarantee (insure) it, given the exact verifiable criteria for the weather event?

Inspector that came to verify the work indicated that the double ground was not necessary because it was double grounded at the electrical drop.
