How can you screen ANY applicant without verifing their income & employment STABILITY - which requires verifying their last 2 years of employment history?

Verifying last 2 years of rental history very important!

How do you deal with people that don’t want to give user name and password for bank accounts, to verify income?

What documents do they require, what credit scores do they allow, how do they verify previous rental history, etc.?

If someone could verify, that would be great. 

We are trying to sell two identical buildings separated by an enclosed courtyard.  

Using a VA loan for a second property, where I’d move in and rent out my current home.When I made an offer on a fixer-upper (I didn’t win that bid), the loan officer mentioned it might be difficult to convince the underwriter why I’d need another VA loan for a second property in the same area, especially since the new home is almost identical to my current one (same size, age, school district, etc.).
